A Curated Haven for Contemporary Masters

Ana Roussev is a Bulgarian-born sculptor working in mixed media, shaped by moving across countries and cultures. Roussev approaches displacement not as loss, but as a shift in perception, revealing what belongs, endures, and what is left behind.

Her work exists between abstraction and figuration, using texture, mark, and surface as records of time, memory, and experience. She builds from the inside out, creating forms that ask what remains when everything unnecessary is stripped away.

Roussev has exhibited in juried shows, been featured in print publications, and received the Presidential Award at Harper College. She has completed commissioned works for private collectors while continuing to expand her artistic language through ongoing studies and material exploration in Chicago.
